The dining destination has become widely known for Chef Lents’ progressive American cuisine, superlative service, and its views of Chicago’s architectural gems. Having most recently served as Chef de Cuisine for Joel Robuchon, Executive Chef Thomas Lents took Sixteen’s helm in February 2012, introducing a new generation of luxury dining.
