~~Terms and Conditions~~
1. This promotion is valid for any new Residential Company Meetings requests to be held between the above mentioned dates.
2. Residential Company Meetings must comprise of a minimum of 10 paid guest rooms for a minimum of 2 nights AND a usage of a meeting/conference room for a minimum of 10 paying delegates, on a conference plan.
3. The promotional rates are on per room, per night basis on single occupancy and subject to availability owing to limited number of base category guest rooms available. Higher category of rooms will be charged additionally.
4. The promotional rates are applicable strictly for Corporate Meetings only.
5. The promotional rates are applicable for any Social or Wedding related functions / events.
6. The promotion rates are applicable only for those Companies that are on the preferred corporate program of The Leela Palaces, Hotels and Resorts.
7. As part of the promtional rate plan, one suitable meeting room deemed shall be provided to accommodate only the residential delegates. Non-resident delegates and / or any additional requirement of a meeting room(s) and audio-visual equipment shall be levied accordingly.
8. The promotional rates shall cease to apply should the requirement for residential guest rooms exceed a minimum threshold as defined by the Hotel and may vary as per seasonality and availability.
9. Blackout dates and additional terms shall apply.
10. This promotion can withdrawn at any time.
