A Hotel Category of One.

As you step into The Londoner, either through its atmospheric hotel lobby or the private 50 Whitcomb Street entrance, you’re transported to a world far removed from the bustling West End outside. For meetings and events of all kinds, The Londoner offers an immersive setting that spans three floors, seamlessly blending its spaces. From the state-of-the-art, pillarless ballroom to the velvet-lined, mirrored soirée room, every area is designed to captivate.

Beneath the ground floor lies The Green Room, a chic, self-contained space featuring a private bar, dance floor, and stylish design—perfect for private dinners and parties of up to 150 guests.

From here, guests can descend via the striking staircase or lifts to The Ballroom, The Londoner’s breathtaking centrepiece. This 850-capacity venue evokes the grandeur of West End theatres and serves as a versatile canvas for any occasion, whether it’s a conference, gala, wedding, or after-party. With two kitchens ensuring seamless dining and cutting-edge AV technology—including a line array sound system, hybrid optical fibre broadcast infrastructure, and remote-controlled directional spotlights—The Ballroom is equipped to bring even the most ambitious visions to life.

Adjoining The Ballroom is a pre-function foyer, where undulating velvet walls and a curated art collection create a welcoming space. Ideal for receptions and post-event cocktails, this area sets the tone for an unforgettable experience.

One floor below, you’ll find The Londoner’s private art gallery, a unique multi-functional foyer and exhibition space. With seven adjoining private rooms, this area is perfect for meetings, roadshows, cocktail receptions, and private dinners. Additionally, behind a hidden door lie two ODEON Luxe cinema rooms, with 70 and 168 seats respectively, offering a private screening experience powered by the best in technology.

After the event, The Londoner’s modern rooms and suites provide the perfect place to unwind. Guests also have access to The Residence—three beautifully designed spaces to relax, work, and enjoy complimentary refreshments—and The Retreat, a stunning wellness floor with a pool, sauna, gym, hair salon, and more.

The Londoner is also home to six versatile restaurants and bars, each offering a unique dining experience. Whether you're arranging a post-conference dinner, booking a table for delegates, or hiring the entire venue, these spaces are designed to accommodate every occasion. Whitcomb’s serves refined French cuisine and wine in an elegant setting, while 8 at The Londoner features a stunning Japanese rooftop bar and garden. For a more relaxed atmosphere, Joshua’s Tavern is a cosy spot for pints, gins, and gastro bites, and The Whisky Room is a hidden gem for exclusive VIP receptions and whisky tastings.

Sustainability is at the heart of The Londoner’s innovation. Funded by a groundbreaking £175m Green Loan, the hotel incorporates sustainable technologies that have earned it an ‘Excellent’ BREEAM rating, reducing carbon usage by 30% beyond regulations. In its first year, The Londoner’s excellence was recognised with multiple awards, including ‘Hotel of the Year’ and five other accolades at the AHEAD Global and Europe Awards.

The Londoner is more than just a venue—it’s a category of one, where every corner invites guests to experience something extraordinary.

2024-04-11

LONDON, UK -- APRIL 11, 2024 – The Londoner Hotel, the world’s first super boutique hotel

located in the heart of Leicester Square, has launched an exclusive group offer

for North American travelers. Group

travel has seen a significant rise in 2024, and international destinations

are top of mind for planners of corporate meetings, executive retreats, destination

weddings, and other private party gatherings. The Londoner offers

a unique portfolio of re-imaginable spaces with countless programming options,

providing guests tailored experiences for every

occasion, state-of-the-art facilities, exquisite dining selections, unmatched

location and accessibility, and a unique wellness and private residency respite.

The destination of choice for internationally acclaimed British

brands and events such as The British Film Institute and London Fashion Week,

The Londoner combines scale with the intimate

feel of a luxury boutique retreat. The event facilities within the design

hotel range from the city’s largest

pillarless ballroom and a dedicated wellness floor, to a 170-seat cinema-scale

screening room and 10 multi-use spaces to host conferences and celebrations. Imagined by Yabu Pushelberg design studio, the 16-story urban resort

houses 350 elegant, tech-forward guestrooms

and suites, six diverse F&B outlets, including a rooftop izakaya lounge and

a neighborhood tavern specializing in gin, and six subterranean levels.

·

THE BALLROOMSetting the bar for 21st century conference spaces and the jewel in the crown of The

Londoner’s events offer is the hotel’s Ballroom. The vast, 6,000

sq ft space is a pillarless marvel with a multi-million-dollar art collection

and the capacity to host over 800 guests. SMART technology highlights include 4K

projections systems, 5.5-meter electric screens, ceiling hung LED screens, and a

BOSE Stage Audio system. Unique to The Londoner, the space is serviced by two

kitchens so that even at full capacity, food is served with impeccable timing.

THE GREEN ROOM – Shaped to entertain, the Green Room covers 2,820 sq ft with velvet

furnishings and a striking mirrored ceiling. The versatile space can accommodate

parties for up to 150 guests and dinners for up to 40 guests, and is fitted

with a fully stocked bar, dance floor, and private elevators that go direct to

street level.

·       THE GALLERY – The Gallery provides a

network of seven private meeting rooms in different shapes and sizes, each equipped

equipment. With built-in Natural Language Understanding (NLU), more than 1,600

requests can be responded to in different languages.

·       THE RESIDENCE – The Londoner uniquely

offers The Residence, a private collection of three beautifully designed spaces

for hotel guests. The Y Bar, The Drawing Room, and The Whisky Room are exclusively

intimate dining, The Residence’s Y Bar and The Drawing Room offer an à la carte

menu and a curated reserve wine list. Guests can also experience The Whisky

Room, where a secret passage reveals an intimate 14-seat parlor for guests to enjoy

rare and renowned whiskies.

sanctuary, The Retreat, is designed to offer guests a relaxing and rejuvenating

experience, with a wide range of traditional and results-driven treatments

tailored to each guest’s needs. Additionally, it features Refuel – a results-driven
