Posted July 7, 2016
“Something Old, Something New, Something Definitely Exuma Blue”
A Sun-Kissed Tropical Paradise
Look no further than Exuma, where the magical backdrop for saying “I do” is a sapphire and turquoise seascape. Nestled into the perfect ivory crescent shaped beach in the beautiful archipelago of the Exumas in the Bahamas it is certainly photogenic. The resort features 78 ocean front villas spacious enough for the bride and her maids to get ready on the big day in total comfort. Less than a 60 minute flight from Miami, there is no more perfect destination for an intimate wedding of up to 50 guests. So, get ready to drop your anchor and get hitched!

Grand Isle Resort offers the perfect opportunity to design the wedding of your dreams to keep you worry-free. Whether you choose to exchange vows on the secluded palm-filled terrace overlooking the bay, or directly on the beach, you will have found your 'something blue" in Exuma. From a formal sit down dinner or for a more casual buffet style, you will be served the freshest seafood and finest local ingredients all prepared by the team at the award-winning Palapa Grill.

A wedding at Grand Isle is also about fun for you and your guests. From the resort you can step off the powdery white beach into crystal clear waters to swim with Technicolor fish. Or, you may wish to hop aboard a boat and visit the islands most famous in habitants: the swimming pigs, not Johnny Depp! Snorkel, dive, fish, paddleboard or feed some grapes to the iguanas, it's time to get on or into the water!

To relax even more deeply, be sure to book the SeaStar Spa treatments to help give you that special glow – try our Bridal Beauty Pampering and the Groom Relaxation treatments.
