[TOKYO Japan] Hotel Chinzanso Tokyo to resume operation

Gradually from 1 June 2020
The Japanese government has lifted the state of emergency on 25 May 2020.
Hotel Chinzanso Tokyo will gradually re-open and welcome guests on dates below.

Banquet: 1 June 2020
Hotel: 5 June 2020

Safety and health measures are considered and will be taken.

The Japanese Government has declared the extension of State of Emergency to 31 May 2020.
In order to ensure the health and safety of guests and staff amidst the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak,
the hotel and all facilities will be temporarily closing from May 7th (Thu.) to May 31st (Sun.) 2020.
We apologize for the inconvenience, and ask for your understanding in this matter.
We deeply understand the difficulties faced by our guests in these adverse times.
All of our staff offer our utmost thanks and respect, and hope that conditions improve, so that we may welcome you back to the hotel as soon as possible.

We are operating based on the guidelines requested by the government of Japan.

Guide to temporary closure or reduction of hours in certain hotel facilities:

<> Italian Restaurant Il Teatro
Temporarily Dinner hours are changed : 17:30 to 20:00 (L.O. 20:00)

<> Japanese Restaurant Miyuki
Temporarily Dinner hours are changed : 17:30 to 20:00 (L.O. 20:00)

<> Stone Grill Restaurant Mokushundo
Temporarily closed: April 6, 13-14, 16, 20, 22-23, 27-28
*Mokushundo is temporarily opened only for guests with prior reservations on weekends.

<> Japanese Kaiseki Cuisine Kinsui
Open only for lunch hours: April 20
Temporarily closed: April 6, 10, 17, 21, 30
*Kinsui is temporarily opened only for guests with prior reservations on weekends.

Our other restaurants operating as normally scheduled uphold the strictest sanitary conditions, placing the greatest importance on the safety of our guests and staff.

() We encourage guests to wear surgical masks, wash hands, and gargle.
() Please make use of the alcohol hand sanitizer located at the front desk and at the entry to restaurants.
() If you experience fever, coughing, or pain in the limbs, please consult with our staff.
() If required, we can recommend a suitable medical institution.
() Please be aware that for sanitary reasons, our restaurant and customer service staff will be wearing surgical masks.
