As of October 1, 2018, Royalton Park Avenue announces a new restaurant called Royalton Brasserie featuring a classic french-inspired menu. Located off the Park Avenue entrance, the restaurant will be open daily from 7:00am - 11:00am for Breakfast, 11:30am - 5:00pm for Lunch and, 5:00pm- 10:00pm for Dinner. Restaurant buy-outs are available for up to 150 guests upon request.

Highgate and GreenOak Real Estate announced today that they have acquired the Gansevoort Park Avenue Hotel in a joint venture. Highgate has also assumed management as part of the sale. Located in the heart of Manhattan's trendy NoMad neighborhood, the 249-room hotel has been immediately rebranded as the Royalton Park Avenue, joining its iconic sister property, Royalton New York.
