Posted December 15, 2017
Highgate and GreenOak Real Estate announced today that they have acquired the Gansevoort Park Avenue Hotel in a joint venture. Highgate has also assumed management as part of the sale. Located in the heart of Manhattan's trendy NoMad neighborhood, the 249-room hotel has been immediately rebranded as the Royalton Park Avenue, joining its iconic sister property, Royalton New York.
